Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 7 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped.
To cancel, please contact us immediately via email or phone.
Return Conditions
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- All tags and the original invoice are intact.
Non-returnable items include:
- Innerwear or other hygiene-sensitive products.
- Items clearly marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
Return Process
- Email your return request to Tina.arora2007@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated only after the returned item is received and passes our quality inspection.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the amount to be credited to your original payment method.
Replacement
- A replacement request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- The replacement product will be delivered within 5–7 days of approval.
