Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 7 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped.
To cancel, please contact us immediately via email or phone.

Return Conditions

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags and the original invoice are intact.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Innerwear or other hygiene-sensitive products.
  • Items clearly marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

Return Process

  1. Email your return request to Tina.arora2007@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned item is received and passes our quality inspection.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the amount to be credited to your original payment method.

Replacement

  • A replacement request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The replacement product will be delivered within 5–7 days of approval.
